Some still refer to ‘global warming’ as a ‘theory’ or something that is a ‘controversy’.  Well, according to the over 2000 scientists from more than 150 countries that contributed to the first IPCC Report of 2007 (United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), ‘the controversy is over.’

There are, however, many who have vested interests in maintaining the status quo… those who’s financial interests lie in the continued overconsumption of fossil fuels, those who are paid to produce the supposed controversy, those who blindly believe what certain media outlets tell them without applying reasoning, research or critical thinking.

The supposed controversy has been intentionally created by those who’s short term gains and conflicts of interest lie in opposition to humanity’s confronting and dealing with the problem, our wasteful, thoughtless consumption.
