ACEEE stands for the American Council on an Energy Efficient Economy. We recently came across a page on their website with good links on energy efficiency, the book Consumer's Guide to Home Energy Savings for those who like hardcopy to read, and a section of links to federal and state incentives on alternative energy and conservation. Some of those links are reproduced elsewhere in the ClimateCorps website, but you can't have too many pointers to essential information!
